1. Get Hosting
First you need to think of a url or web address name suitable for your company. Then you have to go and see if that url is available for you to purchase. There are many hosting options out there so make sure you shop around before you make a decision. Some hosting options are higher quality than others.
2. You need an HTML editor. One of these will allow you to build the look of your website. Don't be scared off by the word HTML because there are editing softwares that don't require you to be knowledgeable in that field. Two of the favorites are Microsoft Expression Web which has a free trial and another option is something known as NVU which is a free download.
3. Autoresponder
An autoresponder is a system that allows you to put an opt in box and/or data collecting box onto your website. An example of the data collected would be name, phone number, address, etc. An autoresponder collects the info and puts all of the contact information into one easy list that will allow you to email to everyone at one time. This is a great communication tool.
4. Filezilla
Last but not least you need Filezilla in order to upload your finished web page onto the internet. Some HTML editors may have this function available but Filezilla is very simple to use.
So if you're wondering why your branding web page does not seem to be worth all of the original hassle or if you're looking to get your online business started then as long as you have hosting, an HTML editor, an autoresponder and a system that will allow you to upload your finished product for the world to see you'll be well on your way to making money.
